Thom has spent the past 30 years in the marketing services industry leading consumer, product and technology strategy for brands and businesses, both global and regional. After years in senior strategy roles with holding company and boutique agencies he founded Free Radicals in early 2017. Free Radicals is a strategic consulting group helping brands ask, answer and do something about their existential questions. Based in New York City, Thom is adjunct professor at NYUs Masters in Integrated Marketing program where he teaches courses in Competitive Strategy, Digital (Radical) Marketing and Social Media & the Brand.
